I drove from PA to Florida with my boat in tow to get my Suzuki repower. This wasn’t because there was no one in my area it was because Outboard Specialties were the only ones that could hang the motor in a reasonable amount of time. I called them initially on a Tuesday, decided by Thursday and by Wednesday of the next week I was driving FB back to PA. To top it off they were less money and gave me more options for that money. After they sale(1.5year) they still provide me with top notch service and warranty issues over the phone if I need it. Thanks guys

Shipped me a Suzuki 300 pre-configured and ready to rig in 2 days. Was able to do the rigging myself without even having to visit a dealer to have the control head programmed to the engine. All of the wiring went together perfect and the quality was top notch. Swapped out the first prop for a lower pitch one in 2 days time. Great price and more importantly great service.

Been doing business with Mike and Outboard Specialties for about five years now. They have always done a great job on service and go way above and beyond doing rush work to be sure I have my boat for Bahamas trips when the inevitable issue comes up days before the trip. They have done so much more for me than anyone I dealt with previously and frankly more than I would have even asked. I recently bought new Suzuki 300’s from them and the experience was just as good. Delivered on all promises, did great work and got everything done in a timely manner. They also did a great job on a bunch of other non engine related work on the boat. Currently on my third suzuki purchased from obs,300 Suzuki on a 26 sea vee the economy and reliability from this motor is unreal….I’m off shore dropping for swordfish or fishing gear at night for under 35 gallons of fuel….runs like a workhorse and out performs other motors in it’s class….if your thinking about a repower on a single you won’t find a better set up…speed,range, reliability this motor is un beatable…..looking forward to the next 2500 hours on it..thanks mike and mikey

Although I live and boat over 70 miles away, it was definitely worth the trip and I am pleased with my new motor purchase. I just moved to Deerfield from Miami a few months ago. I have a pair of Suzuki DF300’s and love em!!! I was referred to Outboard Specialties by a neighbor. On the way to the Bahamas I was having a problem with one of my motors, it turns out it was water in my fuel. I’ve delt with a few other Suzuki dealers in the Miami area and for the first time I delt with guys that really knew what they were doing when it come to my Suzuki’s, They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away, I was on my may again only a few hours behind. Having experienced an unusual motor problem while vacationing in the FL Keys during Christmas I somehow reached one of the owners, Mike, who remained in contact during the holiday to see that I had or could get parts and got the motor servicable. He may recall we lost power to the low-pressure fuel pump on a 250 4-stroke Suzuki. While we still haven’t permanently remedied the motor issue, I wants to express my most sincere apprecriation to Mike for empathizing with our dilemma & being available-even offering to get us a part on Christmas Day! I have to say, one simply don’t expect such willing services these days. Mike restored my faith in mankind & a real honest to goodness businessperson. Many thanks!
